Rooted & Radiant is a one-day retreat held in the peaceful surroundings of Whirlowdale Spirituality Centre. It's a space to come home to yourself — to rest, reflect, and reconnect as the academic year begins and the natural world starts its turn inward.
Together, we’ll honour the Earth element through nurturing movement, breathwork, sound healing, and stillness. With the warmth of community and the beauty of the season, we’ll explore what it means to live a soft life — one rooted in ease, alignment, and embodied presence.
