We’re SO SO excited to be teaming up with Together We Make for a very special craft filled friendship event! 💕
If you love getting creative, fancy trying a new craft, or just want a more chilled way to meet some lovely new people then this one is for you
Together We Make have already established amazing crafty socials in Oxford and have recently started bringing their wonderful events to Nottingham so we couldn’t be more excited to collaborate and create something a little different together! 🫶
Join us as always at the amazing Bustler Food Hall for an evening of crafting, chatting and meeting new people in a much more chilled-out way.
🧶 How does it work?
Unlike our usual speed friending events, this will be slower paced, there’s no moving around every five minutes!
You’ll start the evening on a table with a small group of around four people, giving you plenty of time to settle in, get chatting and work on your craft. Every so often, we’ll mix up the tables so you can meet some new faces and have a fresh set of conversations before settling in for another chilled crafting session.
Think less speed, more slow social ✨
Each round will give you around 20 minutes to chat, create and get to know the people around you. And just like at our speed friending events, we’ll have conversation prompt cards available for anyone who gets stuck wondering what to talk about! 💬

You’re welcome to bring along any craft you’re currently working on whether that's crochet, knitting, colouring, embroidery, jewellery making or something completely different!
Don't have a project on the go? No problem! When booking your ticket, you'll have the option to pay a little extra and choose one of our specially curated craft packs, which you'll receive on the night. ✨

All you need to do is pick your favourite and we'll have it ready for you when you arrive!
💕 A relaxed way to make new friends
We know meeting new people can sometimes feel a little intimidating, so this event is all about creating a friendly, relaxed space where conversation can happen naturally while your hands are busy crafting
There’s no pressure, no awkward networking and no need to be an expert crafter, just bring yourself, something to make (or choose one of our craft packs!) and get ready for a cosy evening of creativity and new connections. 🥰
