Soft Flow and Clay Workshop- Yoga and Ceramics

Take an evening to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy. Through gentle yoga we soften the body to let go and receive. Through clay we explore, creating intentions through touch.

Begin the evening at Body & Mind Studio with a soft meditation and gentle flow. Tuning into the body we soften, open, and make space for creativity to flow freely.

A short walk to tortona together takes us to Studio And for light bites & conversation. Through material exploration we feel into the clay, creating imprints and intentions to last through every touch.

Workshop price includes yoga class, light bites/ refreshments, and clay workshop including 1st firing.

Led by Carrie Hack in English with Italian Support. With over 300 hours of yoga training, a BFA in Ceramics, and an MA in Product Design, these workshops are designed with professional experience and passion in both fields, from the heart. 🤍
