~An afternoon to soften into the season~

Make something beautiful with your hands, move gently and close out the year feeling a little more grounded.

What to expect
3pm Wreath workshop

Florist Mimosa (Strange Phool) will guide you through building your own winter wreath using seasonal greenery and winter botanicals. All materials are provided, and you’ll take your wreath home with you.

4:15pm Snacks

Refuel with nourishing bites from Taryn (Cool Moms Kitchen) and take some time to connect between classes.

5pm Slow flow and sound bath

Fieldwork facilitator Tash Francesca will lead a gentle slow flow to release whatever you’ve been carrying this year, followed by a sound bath to help you fully unwind. All levels welcome.

What to wear and bring

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, since we’ll be going straight from the workshop to the mat. Mats are provided.
