Donate blood and save lives while celebrating World Blood Donor Day with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center!

Blood donations are needed now more than ever!

On Sunday June 13 join us at Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills for our "World Blood Donor Day" Blood Drive held in our Beverly Ballroom from 10:30am to 4:30pm and donate blood on behalf of Cedars-Sinai patients. All donors will be entered into a raffle for a one night stay with lunch or dinner for 2 at our hotel! Donors can also get an In-N-Out Burgers or Baskin-Robbins Ice Creams gift card.

When donating be sure to:

• Bring a photo ID
• Be in good health
• Weigh at least 110 pounds
• Eat a good meal
• Drink extra water
• Be at least 17 years old
• A 16-year-old may donate if they have a signed parent consent form and weigh at least 135 pounds

Everyone willing to donate blood should understand the requirements. All donated blood and blood products are tested for diseases and potential donors are carefully and confidentially screened to ensure their own safety and that of the patients who receive blood.
