This is one of a kind weekend intensive where two sets of teachers will teach two simultaneous acro tracks. One beginner-intermidiate and one intermidiate-advanced.
The weekend will be filled with multiple workshops to level up your acro skills and learn new techniques, washing machines, pops, whips, icarians and other fun skills in a safe, fun and progressive way.
So, join us for a weekend that will develop your acro potential, have you flying high, and lifting your friends to new heights, plus learn about partnership building, safety essentials, and build your trust and confidence with a group of new friends. ✨🤗
🤸♀️🤸♂️LEVEL OF ACROYOGA REQUIRED🤸♂️🤸♀️
Beginner-intermidiate track pre-reqs:
• L-basing: Ninja star
• L-basing: Star 10 secs hold
• L-basing: Any foot to hand 10 secs hold
• Standing: 2 high
Intermidiate-advanced track pre-reqs:
• L-basing: Icarian straight pops (throne to throne)
• L-basing: Some experience with castaway (with spotting is acceptable)
• L-basing: Solid tarzan whip
• Standing: Any foot to hand hold for 10 seconds
You can partly cover the advanced track pre-reqs and still be able to join some of the workshops.
We will adjust the workshops’ content with options up and down for difficulty to suit the group and also individual levels within the group. There will be suitable challenges and learning for you if your acro level is within the following categories:

✨☀️THE TEACHERS☀️✨
PAULO FROM PORTUGAL:
Paulo (@PAULOFROMPORTUGAL) is 36 years old, very active from a young age. He grew up in Lamego, Portugal where he practiced many sports from an early age, including handball, where he and his team won many trophies in the national championship. Afterwards, he joined the army for 7 years, he got to be responsible for the physical training of the soldiers. Once finished his service, he moved to Brussels and he got introduced to Acroyoga, partner acrobatics and several other circus disciplines. Since then he has been consistently training, participating and teaching in all international festivals he can. Completed his teacher training in Bali 2020 and now teaches teacher training for Safe Acrobatics and Be Light yoga Leipzig. Paulo is seduced by the fun, the complicity and infinite possibilities in acroyoga and acrobatics.
TIM & KLÁRA:
Klára (@KLARABERESOVA) is a natural mover and teacher. When we train together it’s equal parts silly fun and pushing our limits. She has the crazy ability to visualise a movement, understand it, then just do it. Coming from dancing and teaching gymnastics, acro is easy for her, and she falls just as well as she flies. She’s also a physiotherapist which Tim appreciates very much. Her bubbly energy and big personality combined with years of teaching experience means her classes are fun and her cues are precise.
Flying with Tim (@ACROCELT) feels like being in a circus, because laughter is present all the time. Behind the playfulness is true professionalism. He doesn’t just teach tricks, he shares his passion. Students love him not only for the fun energy, but for his incredible cues and deep knowledge that help you truly understand and achieve a trick. Whether you’re a base, a flyer, or a spotter — he knows his circus game. Training with him feels effortless, enjoyable and safe.
