Info: We’ll demonstrate a few key exercises that are essential for staying strong as you age. They help maintain your functional fitness and build strength, making everyday movements easier and more efficient.

Info: Strength training isn’t just about building muscle. It’s about promoting a healthy and vibrant life. At
our studio, we take a unique approach that goes beyond the physical aspect. Our trainer will demonstrate a few functional exercises that focus on strengthening the muscles you use most in your everyday life.

Info: In our mobility training, you’ll learn breathing techniques and stretches that improve your flexibility, range of motion, and body awareness. The training helps reduce muscle tension,
prevent injuries, and speed up recovery. We will demonstrate a few exercises during the open day.

Info: In this lecture we will give a presentation on how longevity can be influenced by the factors mentioned in our title. If one topic attracts your attention, we can schedule a full lecture to dive into that topic more deeply.
