Sock Hop: Classic Hit, Fresh Moves

This dance session channels the easy energy of the ’50s and ’60s—when rhythm ruled and nobody cared if you got it “right.”

We’ll flow through simple, feel-good combos to timeless tracks that still hit. You’ll learn easy, follow-along combinations. You’ll move through simple, feel-good choreography to the best of the ’50s and ’60s. The focus isn’t on perfect steps—it’s about rhythm, release, and feeling good in your body.

All levels welcome.
