Do you struggle with overthinking and worry about things that are out of your control? Do you tend to dwell on things that maybe haven't gone to plan? Are you constantly comparing yourself to others and feeling like you are just not good enough? If you can answer yes to any of these questions then you may be experiencing self-doubt and overthinking.
Clare Hopkins is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach and is going to be sharing some top tips and her expertise in this session to help us address any overthinking and self-doubt that we may be experiencing.

There is free parking out the front, with no parking restrictions however, this is on a first come first serve basis. More parking is available on side roads if necessary.
Cost
Our meetings are very affordable with the cost of each meeting being £12 for non-members and only £8 for members. All tickets must be purchased in advance as numbers are limited.
