Hosted by SocialHeart, this month's KCYP event is being held to raise funds for + celebrate the Mattie Rhodes Center! KCYP Networking Hours are designed for attendees to Make Friends & Have Fun while learning how they can Do Good in the Kansas City community through supporting a local charity.
About Mattie Rhodes Center
Across the country, many K-12 students can benefit from additional support, relationships and resources so they can engage more deeply with their learning, stay on track academically, and graduate from high school prepared for college and career. And CityYear KC's AmeriCorps members, young adults, ages 17 to 25, can develop critical workforce and interpersonal skills and access exclusive scholarships through a year of service with City Year, helping them to achieve their goals.
