Join us to learn more about social work opportunities across several of IOA’s programs and meet directly with social workers, program leaders, and hiring teams. On-the-spot interviews are available!

We’re hiring in numerous programs and across different territories to include San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, San Jose, and Sonoma

Current openings include Outreach roles, clinic and community-based Care Managers, and Clinical Supervisors.

Programs Hiring social workers:

• CalAIM ECM – Community-based case management supporting older adults with complex medical and social needs.
• Acute Care – Hospital-based social work supporting discharge planning and transitions of care.
• PACE – Clinic-based interdisciplinary care supporting older adults through our all- inclusive On-Lok PACE innovative model of care.

Open Roles:

Care Manager I (CMI)

• Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field
• $72K–$84K

Care Manager II (CMII)

• MSW or related Bachelor’s degree plus 2 additional years of experience
• $85K–$102K

Care Manager III (CMIII)

• MSW or related clinical Master’s degree (ex: MFT); LCSW/LMFT preferred or RN background
• $95K–$113K

Clinical Supervisor

• Masters’ degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) or within a related field
• $117-$125k
