We are so excited for our first offsite SOCIAL WELLNESS CLUB - hosted at one of St. Louis‘s coolest new venues: Bel-Air Social in the central west end
Expect the same energy you experience every weekend at our run club except with MORE people, MORE cold plunges, more food options (pizza, burgers, crepes…), more coffee options, a live dj, a dance floor, breathwork classes, fitness challenges, wellness vendors, and more!
To be clear: OUR RUN CLUB WILL BE MEETING AT BEL-AIR SOCIAL ON THE 22nd and the run will start at 10:30am. We will still have a 1, 2, and 3 mile option to accommodate every level of runner/walker.
