After a long break from my classes in Ventura County, I am back in Thousand Oaks on Tuesday & Thursdays with social tango dance classes and more...Thanks to my Physical Therapist Mayra Saborido who opened a clinic with a new brand dance studio..... So we have space to dance, learn and have fun!!!
We are also planning to have social tango dancing - milongas and more, so stay tuned!!!

4:30pm Solo Dance | All Levels | Learn how to move w/freedom and technique to various music rhythms.
5:30pm Balance Class | All levels | Description below.
6:30pm Latin Partner Dance | All Levels | Learn how to lead & follow basic steps of merengue, bachata & salsa.
7:30-9pm Tango moves for social dancing | Learn how to lead & follow, musicality, elegance and technique - exercises | Beginners & Up.
TUE - THU & SAT
11am-12pm | Balance Class | Strength balance w/aligning and awareness of body mechanics | Increase joint stability | Reduce injury | Improve posture | Get stronger with more flexibility and harmony.
SAT
12:30pm | Ballet For Adults | Group forming | Class will start w/a minimum of 3 students that sign up for the whole month | Please contact Daniela via text at 818.451.9480 or PM.
***NOTE: The morning/afternoon Balance Class on Tuesdays are taught by Mayra Saborido, Thursdays by Daniela and Saturdays by Mayra & Daniela. Monica & Andrea (they are professional dancers and pilates specialists at the clinic) indistinctly will be teaching the balance classes as well. The rest of the classes in this description are taught by Maestra Arcuri.

For all the other classes pay Cash or Venmo to Daniela.
