Social Skills Group - Calming

Arts, music and movement come into play while we foster a growth mindset in participants. In our Calming group, children learn social skills that help them create and maintain relationships with peers and adults. Participants are given strategies to address anxiety. Techniques include games, mindfulness, creating endurance and learning to identify and express feelings.

There are 8 classes per session, and students must sign up for the full session. No adults are allowed to attend with their child(ren) because safety and vulnerability for ALL children must be fostered in the group.
