Social Services Designee Training: Skills, Compliance, and Resident-Centered Care

Throughout the training, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your roles and responsibilities as a Social Services Director, learn how to effectively collaborate with your interdisciplinary team, and build skills in developing and implementing meaningful, person-centered care plans. Designed for facilities under 120 beds, this course meets required training standards and equips you to make a lasting impact for both your residents and your organization.
This course is APPROVED by the state of Nebraska department of Public Health to meet the regulatory requirement for nursing homes under 120 beds for the role of social service designee.
Time: This course is 39 hours in length and is divided into seven modules. Training will be approximately 8 hours each day, Monday-Friday.
