It is time for another Social Ruck!
Lighten the load, bring some friends and enjoy a casual pace ruck around downtown Ottawa. For this session, we will meet at the Canadian War Museum, then head out along the newly opened Ottawa River path below the Parliament.
We will break at the Tavern on the Hill for a cold beverage (or two). Then we will head back.
Those looking for keep the Social going can stay at Mill Street Brew Pub!
Weight in the ruck is up to you. Weighted vests are also encouraged.
