Social Prescribing Day Long Retreat

Join us for our very first social prescription retreat. Social prescribing is a new public health initiative to help people find their way back to activities and like minded people who bring them joy.

Your physical and mental health depend on social engagement for for your wellbeing. The research backing this claim is so robust, that social prescribing has already been implemented into health systems in over 30 countries!

Our very interactive day will be packed full of new information, creative activities, an opportunity to design your own prescription, and a workshop on enhancing your social skills with some new creative hacks.

*please note- our location for this retreat is on a second floor walk up and we hope this doesn't deter you from coming. Future events will be located in ADA spaces.
