Social PrescribED: Exploring the Edinburgh Social Prescribing Landscape

An invitation to all those working across community assets in the city of Edinburgh who are in receipt of social prescribing referrals.
About this Event

If you work in an organisation with experience of providing programmes, projects, resources, advice and other support to individuals who have been referred to your organisation by a GP, Community Link Worker, Wellbeing Advisor, etc. we would be delighted to have you input to this workshop exploring what might support capacity building around social prescribing in the city.

The morning will provide an opportunity for this community to come together, share experience and ideas, connect and peer-inspire.

Please note all those who register will receive a two-page document with more details on the content and a short questionnaire to be completed and returned in advance of attendance

This is to ensure the morning is as efficient and productive as possible.
