All Saints Catholic Academy invites parents, caregivers, and community members to attend a Panel Discussion on Social Media, Screen Time, and Youth Mental Health on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 6:00–7:30 pm.
As students navigate an increasingly digital world, families and schools are facing important questions about healthy screen use, social media influences, and their impact on children’s mental and emotional well-being. This panel discussion will offer expert perspectives, practical strategies, and guidance to help parents support their children in developing balanced, healthy habits with technology.
The evening will include time for discussion and questions, encouraging thoughtful conversation and shared learning within our school and broader community.
