At this free 3-hour social media training for not-for profits, Social Good's Katie Brown will share:
* how to manage risky content and comments
* what systems to put in place to manage disinformation and 'bad actors'
* how to plan a mini-campaign that reaches your audience and keeps you safe
* tools and tricks to get your messages to the right people
how to manage your online community.
