For the 19th year, Social Ice returns in Downtown Rochester! Join us Feb 6th & 7th as we bring a frozen “Beach” theme to the Peace Plaza for a weekend of illuminated ice sculptures, themed bars, DJ sets, games, community and more! FAM JAM on Saturday afternoon includes free winter games and activities for all ages! This cold-weather event is FREE and open to the public. Drinks and food available for purchase.And yes, as we enter our 19th year, we recognize the name Social Ice may read differently for some right now. We want to be clear: Social Ice is ours. It belongs to Rochester and this community. So, for this year, whether you call it Social Ice, Social (n)Ice, Socialize, Social Frozen Water - whatever feels right to you - we look forward to seeing you Downtown.
