Social Founders Hackney Impact Forum: ‘Co-operating for success and impact'

Struggling to find the resources to grow your business or community venture? Feels like an uphill battle on your own?

Join us at our next forum, 'Co-operating for success and impact', to hear and share ideas; and co-create practical ways to enable innovative partnerships; collaboration; joint bids and co-operative ventures.

We’ll hear from speakers who have successfully collaborated to secure additional resources. We will examine the elements that set them up for success, and how they leveraged complementary strengths to piece together more dynamic proposals.

We’ll want to hear from you as well - what support do you need, how can we enable you to partner with the right people, what are the pros and cons of partnership, what have you already tried - successfully or unsuccessfully

Our forum will provide a mix of speakers, workshops and discussions, followed by a networking lunch.

Hackney Impact is building an ecosystem that provides ongoing support for Hackney business owners, social impact founders, sole traders, entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs at all stages of their founder journey. This forum will inspire and encourage Hackney founders & business owners to collaborate and partner, to attract more funding, resources and workspaces.

Who is this event for?

Please note this event is focused on supporting local, Hackney-based business owners, entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs, charity/CIC directors and sole traders. We will place those who book without a residential or trading address in the borough on the waitlist, and open up any available spaces remaining 48 hours before the event to them.

This event is delivered in partnership with Hackney Impact and Hackney Council.

Hackney Impact is a dynamic partnership between a group of organisations all committed to fostering growth and prosperity within Hackney’s vibrant business community.

Together we are offering free business support, events, mentoring and coaching to residents and entrepreneurs across the borough.
