For those who are brand new to ballroom dancing or looking to improve their dance skills.
Open to ages 16+, both singles and couples are welcome to join this class! Bring your smooth-soled dance shoes or comfy socks for safety on the open dance floor.
Beginner ballroom dance with intermediate highlights for those who are brand new to ballroom dancing or looking to improve their dance skills. This class runs monthly and includes a mix of returning students building their skills and brand new students joining the growing Decatur dance community.
PLEASE NOTE: The last class in this series for November would normally fall on Thanksgiving. It has been scheduled for Thursday, December 1 instead.
This month will focus on fun and easy turns and moves, and developing the skill of clearly leading moves, easily executing moves, and the power of strong partner connection.
