The Minus One Club of Calgary hosts Saturday night social dances every two weeks and a special dance on Boxing Day. We are a non-profit club.

We offer a live band and a huge dance floor! Doors Open at 6:30 pm.

Admission is $12 for Members and $14.00 for Guests CASH ONLY!

Memberships for 2023 will be on sale for $15.00. Membership saves you $2.00 off admission at every dance and up to $52 over the year!!

All beverages are purchased from our licensed cash-only bar which is hosted by the Lions Club. Sorry, no outside food or drinks are allowed. No runners soiled or unkept attire.

Our band plays from 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm at every dance with breaks at 8:30 and 9:45 pm. A late lunch of sandwiches pickles and a treat is served at 9:45 pm and is included in your admission price. Complimentary coffee and tea are available from 8 pm.

“Silence In B’tween” is a professional soft and ‘easy on the ears’ musical group of ‘fun-loving’ and passionate musicians who love blending classic musical genres of many generations from the 40’s era to the modern scene. We play Foxtrots Rumbas Waltzes Cha-Cha Two-Step and contemporary dancing styles from a repertoire of Yesteryear Pop/Vocal Greats 50’s Rock & Roll/Do-wop Swing/Jazz Traditional Country and 70’s Soft Rock music.
