About this Event

The best conversations rarely happen on a schedule. Sometimes, all they need is the right table.

The Social Connection Lunch at The Digital Economist Executive Retreat is designed as an unhurried pause in the day—a chance to gather over a thoughtfully prepared meal, continue conversations sparked during the morning, meet someone new, and connect beyond titles and formal introductions.

At the heart of the experience is a shared meal put together by Rya Nicole Frazier, the retreat’s in-house private chef, who will curate the culinary experience throughout the three days.

A Le Cordon Bleu–trained culinarian, Rya has worked in leading kitchens from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles and held premier roles with organizations including The Ritz-Carlton. Her approach brings together eclectic influences, layered flavors, and textures, with each course designed to feel thoughtful, balanced, and genuinely enjoyable.

Around the table, participants will join executives, founders, innovators, investors, policymakers, and fellow retreat guests in a relaxed setting created for conversation to unfold naturally.

No panel. No presentation. No need to work the room.

Just a shared table, an exceptional meal, and the opportunity to see where the conversation takes you.

Part of The Digital Economist Executive Retreat

The Social Connection Lunch is part of The Digital Economist Executive Retreat, a curated three-day immersive experience designed for leaders navigating performance, longevity, and decision-making in the Intelligence Age.

Taking place August 21–23, 2026, on a private estate in Granada Hills, Los Angeles, the retreat brings together a select community of executives, innovators, founders, investors, and policymakers for a rare combination of strategic dialogue, personal performance optimization, and lasting connection.

Across three days, participants will move through a thoughtfully designed journey spanning leadership, human-centered AI, self-awareness, transformational thinking, vocal intelligence, movement, restoration, and strategic action.

Experiences with Mitra Manesh, Helen Todd, Elaine Powell, Mellini Monique, Harpinder Mann, and Laura Velazquez are complemented by shared meals curated by Rya, social gatherings, informal exchanges, and intentionally protected time for reflection and 1:1 engagement.

The Social Connection Lunch is part of that intentional rhythm. It creates space between the structured experiences for ideas to travel across the table, introductions to deepen into relationships, and conversations to continue without watching the clock.
