SOCIAL CARDIO TENNIS FRIDAYS
Join in the group fitness & cardio tennis social every Friday from 6-8PM in Three Anchor Bay Cape Town.
Expect some fun cardio drills & rotational tennis games a power workout with PRO tennis coaches and friends who love the game. This regular tennis social has taken over Cape Town on Friday nights.
Good house music + Social group + Sunset vibes
NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED just bring yourself
All ages welcome.
Feel free to just hang out with us even if you dont play and enjoy our social gathering afters.
When: 5:30/6PM - 8PM Every Friday til late
Where: Three Anchor Bay Tennis Club Bill Peters Drive Green Point (opposit sea point police station with a parking lot in from of Cousins Restaurant)
Cost: First session free thereafter R50.

** Ask about our LEAGUE TENNIS every Tue and Thursday afternoon from 6:30PM - late, where we just play games in a mixed group setting on the courts.
