3:00–3:45pm – Level 2: Smooth (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango)
3:45–4:30pm – Level 2: Rhythm (Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing)
4:30–6:30pm – Social Dance (3rd Sundays)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Level 1: Beginner Boot Camp – 2:00pm
Get started here and build a foundation for all of your social ballroom dancing. This 12-week rotating series will help you develop confidence, musicality, and partner connection across the six main styles of social ballroom: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, and Swing.
Start anytime – though we recommend joining during an Intro Session every four weeks.
[Weeks 1, 5, and 9 are “Intro Weeks” — the best time for new students to join.]

Level 2: Smooth Styles – 3:00pm
Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, and Viennese Waltz
This class focuses on movement quality, musical phrasing, and partner dynamics in the Smooth styles of social ballroom. You’ll explore traveling patterns, directional changes, and expressive styling.

Level 2: Rhythm Styles – 3:45pm
Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing
This class focuses on rhythmic timing, expressive movement, and partnered connection in the Rhythm styles of social ballroom. You’ll explore sharper footwork, playful variations, and musical interpretation.
Prerequisite for Level 2 classes: Have completed the 12-week Beginner Boot Camp series, or have equivalent dance experience and permission from the teacher to join.
