SUMMER – SOCCER CAMP – LAKE PLACID
August 4-8 2025
One form per camper
FULL DAY
AGES 6-17 (SPERATED BY AGE AND SKILL)
TIME: Monday – Thursday 9 am – 4 pm Friday 9 am – 3 pm
COST $250 BEFORE JULY 7
COST $300 AFTER JULY 7
CASH OR CHECK ONLY
NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 7 (CREDIT FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR WILL BE ISSUED)
• Registration & Full Tuition
• All campers MUST be registered and tuition MUST be paid in full prior to the
expiration of the discounted camp timeframe to solidify a spot at camp. For
example, if you register your camper prior to the deadline and DO NOT pay
tuition in Full at the time of registration; you will not be guaranteed a spot at
camp or the discounted tuition.

Socctagon Training
• Camp Shirt – Campers will receive a camp shirt during the week;
only if you are registered before July 7
