Come join us for a high-energy dance fitness class that combines the best of Soca and Reggae music! Get ready to move your body to the infectious beats and rhythms while burning calories and having a blast. This in-person event will take place at Main Street, so make sure to mark your calendars and bring your friends along for a fun workout session. No dance experience required - just come ready to groove and sweat it out!

Each class is one hour long, and a payment of $20 on-site will be collected ($20 per person for each 1-hour class). We do have a Zelle payment option. A group rate discount would be considered for groups of more than 5 people.
