This Galentine’s Edition is all about self-love, sisterhood, and celebration. Whether you’re single, boo’d up, or just here for the vibes, this class is your space to release stress, boost your energy, and pour into yourself through movement, music, and community.

No dance experience needed — just bring your best vibes and your favorite Galentine(s)!

1. Do I need dance experience to join?
Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and open to ALL skill levels. I’ll guide you step by step — come exactly as you are.

2. What should I wear?
Anything comfortable that lets you move freely — leggings, shorts, crop tops, sets… if you can wine in it, it works!

3. What should I bring?
Water, a towel, and good energy! We’ll be sweating, so hydration is a must.

4. Is this class women-only?
While this is a Galentine’s celebration centered around feminine energy and sisterhood, everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy the vibes.

5. Can I record content during class?
Light recording is allowed during designated moments. Please be mindful and respectful of others. I’ll also be capturing content for those who want clips to share!
