Soca Sunshine is the Friday day party for the people who want to get outside before the night rush begins.

The city is filling up. Friends are arriving. Hotels are packed. Everyone is trying to figure out where the real weekend energy is.

This party gives you a daytime move in downtown Toronto with dancehall, afrobeats, hip hop, soca, and Caribbean party anthems carrying the room from afternoon into evening.

This is a warm-weather, long-weekend, downtown Toronto Caribana party.

It is not built around a headliner. It is not a formal concert. It is not a room where everyone waits around for one performance.

It is a social day party with Caribbean music, good energy, and a crowd that came to dance before Friday night even starts.

Where is the venue? The venue will be downtown Toronto and close to the parade area. The address will be released the week of the event.

Is this mostly soca? Soca is part of the mix, but the sound also includes dancehall, afrobeats, and hip hop.

Is this a day party? Yes. The event runs from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Is this an official Caribana event? No. This is an independent Caribana weekend party by Toronto Carnival Parties.

You must be 19+ with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.

ALL SALES FINAL
No refunds, exchanges, or transfers unless the event is canceled without a rescheduled date. Event details are subject to change without notice.

ENTRY POLICY
Entry is subject to venue capacity and staff discretion.
The venue and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, dress code issues, failure to present valid ID, or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Entry is not guaranteed at any specific time. If capacity is reached, you may be required to wait.

ALCOHOL
Alcohol is served solely by the venue. The organizer is not responsible for alcohol service, overconsumption, or related incidents.

SECURITY
All guests must comply with venue security procedures, including ID checks and bag checks. Your ticket does not bypass security.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that attendance at a nightlife event involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, disability, theft, property damage or loss, accidents, acts of other guests, negligence of others, and serious bodily harm or death.

RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizer, venue, promoters, partners, affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, including those arising from personal injury, serious bodily harm, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, before, during, or after the event.

LIABILITY WAIVER
You agree to release and hold harmless the organizer, venue, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
