🌴 Around d' Islands - 10 Week Soca Dance Fitness Course! 🌴Get ready to sweat, smile, and wine your waist! Starting 16th October, join us at Free It Up Dance, Auburn, for 10 weeks of high-energy Soca Dance Fitness!
🔥 What’s in store?
🌴Every 2 weeks, we highlight Soca & Carnival music from a different island—Trinidad, Grenada, Jamaica, and more!
🌴Learn the moves: Wining, chipping, jumping + build strength with fun exercises like wining planks & wining down low!
💃🏽Dress: Wear your brightest Caribbean coloured active wear—greens, yellows, oranges, and blues!
Instructor: Led by Jamie T, with over 15 years of experience as a fitness professional and has performed alongside Soca legends like Machel Montano! You’re in good hands for this journey!
