This event will have you moving and grooving to the infectious Caribbean tunes. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a fun workout, Soca Cycle is the place to be. Don't miss out on this unique fitness experience!

Please understand that your health is your responsbility. Exercise carries its own risk so you should never exercise beyond your ability. If you have any doubts in regards to your fitness, any medical conditions that may affect your safety or if you are pregnant you should seek advice from your doctor before partaking in any fitness activity. Soca cycle is beginer friendly but please be aware that this is a high-intensity class.

Please note, parts of this class will be filmed and photographed for social media purposes. If you have any issues with being on camera or if you're sensitive to flashing lights please inform us on the day.

Info: Scan your ticket, collect your Soca Cycle merchandise (if purchased), put your stuff away in the free lockers, head to the cycle studio for your instructor to show you how to set up your bike and get involved in the ice breaker challenge!
