Sober Sister’s March Gathering

In this month’s Sober Sisters Gathering, we gently explore what it means to express emotions in a healthy, embodied way.

Together, we’ll practice grounding and nervous system regulation to create safety in the body before inviting emotional awareness. Through guided journaling, somatic reflection, and compassionate sisterhood sharing, we’ll explore how to move from suppression to sacred expression.

This gathering is inclusive of all women navigating sobriety — whether you are sober-curious, newly sober, years alcohol-free, or simply questioning your relationship with drinking.

You do not need to have it all figured out.

You only need to show up honestly.

As always, this is a warm, confidential, heart-centered space.
