About Meredith: Meredith is passionate about helping people discover self-love and serenity through yoga.

In 2014 Meredith realized her approach to life was not working anymore. The common denominator in the decisions hurting herself and others was alcohol. She then decided to get help and that was the best decision she has made. Meredith wants to offer a safe space for others to listen, move breathe and share if they want. You're not alone and this is a place of no judgement. Even if you're just curious, all are welcome.
