Sober Babes Sound Healing Experience

Sober Babes and Silent Discos are joining forces to offer a unique and transformative experience. This event features a meditative sound journey that takes you deeper into your body and a greater connection with yourself and the world around you. Using innovative Dolby Atmos surround-sound technology and the healing frequencies of 423Hz, played through Silent Disco headphones, you’ll reconnect with yourself in a profound way.

We welcome you to this life-changing experience. Here’s what to expect:

7:00-7:30 PM – Arrival and settling in

7:30 PM – Opening ceremony

7:45 PM – Dolby Atmos Sound Journey & guided meditation

8:30 PM - Sharing Circle

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, cushion, or chair (something comfortable to sit on)
• Warm and cozy clothing
• Journal and pen (optional, for noting insights)
• Water

Together, we are sober, growing, and healing.

Making friends in Vancouver is hard, and making sober friends is harder. Let’s change that! Sober Babes Vancouver events are for women, non-binary people, and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community who are sober, sober curious, or want to drink less alcohol and make friends who feel the same way. While you do not need to have accumulated sobriety time to attend, we ask that you please stay sober from all substances for the duration of the event.

Please note that we will be taking photos, videos, and content throughout the event. Let us know at the start if you prefer not to be recorded.This Sober Babes Vancouver event takes place on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
