Open your wings, take flight and soar with the mythical deity, Garuda, to gain a new and higher vantage point.
The practices and philosophy of yoga provide us with the tools to recognise our limiting beliefs, challenge and change them, and support us to do the work, to make possibility a reality.
When we connect with the space element in our bodies and minds we can begin to break free of limitations and open to new possibilities.
We will deepen and enrich our experience with a Seasonal Hatha Yoga Class - including asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation based on Garuda's story and by connecting with the space element.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and for those wishing to advance their practice and technique.
Jen is a registered Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance. This workshop attracts Continuing Education points for Yoga Teachers.
Jen provides a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their relationship with yoga, their practice, to try new things, heal and grow.
