SOAR Convening

The convening will bring together leaders of Illinois’s CoCs, SSA, DDS, Illinois SOAR Leaders, and local agencies. We will review the SOAR initiative to enhance and grow SOAR services within CoC's homeless services providers and all case workers. We will discuss how to maximize timely access to income for those who are most in need within the continuum. We will also provide an overview of SSA’s current policies and procedures, discuss how to identify funding opportunities for SOAR, and overall develop a plan for SOAR implementation within the CoC.

TRAVEL: Travel reimbursement available for those who must travel a distance greater than 50 miles to the convening. Please be sure to keep travel receipts and documentation should you be seeking reimbursement. Reimbursements will be issued after the event has closed.
