Join Herbalist Lauren Olean for a foundations of soap making workshop. We will discuss formulating a recipe, best oils for soaping, equipment, and safe soaping. We will run through the whole process from start to finish. We will make a batch of soap together and you will get to take home finished bars once they are done curing. This is Part I. Part II will address adding botanicals to your soaps - infusing oils with herbs, adding texture, essential oils, natural color, etc.
