Soap Making 101

Come and learn how to make your very own cold process soap! During this 2-hr course, you will learn soaping basics and create your very own custom batch of soap valuing $40 in retail price.
Minimum Class Size: 3 people (If 3 people do not sign up within 48 hours before the event, then all funds will be refunded) Student Requirements The student will only need to bring her or himself but will need to wear closed-toe shoes, preferably long sleeves and long pants, clothes she/he doesn't mind getting oil stains on, a way to tie her/his hair back, and no jewelry. The student also needs good arm and hand strength due to the pouring and mixing. The student must be 16 and older and willing to sign waivers 24-48 hrs before the class sent in a google form.
The student will leave the class with 1 lb of soap in its mold and a handout on how to make soap at home. The student will cut the batch after 24-48 hrs after the class and will let the bars cure for 4 weeks before use.
