Through co-regulation, vibration and sound, allowing our bodies to absorb and let go, as much as they're willing and ready to.

The Sun and Saturn gongs take center stage vibrating deep down into our bones.

Large Quartz bowls providing us with a consistent sound, re-tuning us, to tune in more fully to our surroundings.

In the spirit of Dia De Los Muertos, an altar, adorned, will be present to honor the spirits of our loved ones no longer in physical form.Bring their photo and all parts of yourself. We'll soak it all in and then let it all go.
