WE ARE BACK LONG BEACH!!!! Join us on our sandy dance floor and reconnect to yourself, release all that is no longer serving you, and dance into the embodied version of yourself you dream of being
So We Are is a guided dance journey and this will be facilitated by our founder, Katie Grimes.
What WE bring:
Headphones, music, facilitation + guidance throughout the event, bubbles, ribbons, security for your items
What YOU bring:
Water + water bottle, Jacket if it gets cold, an open mind and welcoming heart :)
Sunday's Schedule:
Check in and Stretch- 5:50-6:15
Opening Circle & Mediation- 6:15
Dance- 6:30-7:25
Close- 7:25-7:30
