Our friends at Deloitte have offered to sponsor the event and are bringing in lunch.

Workday’s Kevin Wickersham, supporter of the RUG from day one, has offered to arrange Workday speakers on two different topics. Agenda is below. As always, it's all subject to change.

There will be specific breakout groups for WD Financials, WD Payroll and Adaptive Planning so please come no matter your primary focus.

Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination is required. Mask wearing is optional.

What if I have a deeply held religious belief or medical exemption? We do not have a way to scale the the building’s Covid-19 exception policy for a one-off event like this. I would expect future events will have different rules depending on the company hosting. Unfortunately we will miss you at this event.

Plan on a parking charge under $15. We are working to get this waved but can’t promise. Carpool and save Details will be shared to everyone who registers leading up to the event.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES:

It's been three years. Workday has grown. People have changed companies. We don't know what we don't know. Until October 14th, there is a limit of 4 attendees per company. We have never not gotten everyone in to the user group who wants to go. We will start a wait list, and I'm sure everyone from any company who wants to attend, will be able to.
