Bethany Lutheran in partnership with St. Barnabas is hosting a presentation on grief called "So about that Pandemic: the Grief of 2020". The event will be both in person and on Zoom with a presentation from an experienced therapist and social worker, Christine E. Spuhler, LCSW, with a light dinner and Q&A to follow from 5-5:30 pm.
These last 18 months have been challenging, full of fear and confusion, and just plain hard. Everyone has experienced some kind of loss— a loss of normalcy, a loss of stability, a loss of friends or family. How do we manage all those losses and all the grief that accompanies these losses? How do we make it through the trauma we've all experienced? Join us for a discussion on grief and loss, and how to deal with it.
