Snowy Tree – Fused Glass WorkshopJoin us for the Snowy Tree Fused Glass Workshop, where serene winter landscapes meet the beauty of fused glass art. In this hands-on class, participants will create a striking 5.5" x 11" flat glass piece featuring a snow-covered evergreen accented with charming winter birds, inspired by the quiet magic of the season.
For this special workshop, each piece will be created on our black glass with wispy white swirls, a beautiful specialty glass that enhances the snowy effect and gives your artwork dramatic contrast—a special upgrade included just for this class.
Guided by an experienced instructor, you’ll learn essential fused glass techniques including cutting, layering, and arranging glass, along with adding detail using frit. Whether you choose soft, subtle winter tones or bold pops of color for your birds, every piece will be uniquely your own. This workshop is welcoming to beginners and inspiring for experienced glass artists alike.
The total cost is $49. A $10 ticket reserves your spot, with the remaining balance due at the class. All glass, tools, instruction, and kiln firing are included.
Personalization options are available—add hooks for a wall or window hanging or design your piece for tabletop display (stand sold separately). Slumping options are also available for an additional fee if you’d like to transform your artwork into a bowl or plate.
Once completed, your artwork will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup within 10 days. This class is open to ages 16 and up.
