Snowdrop Sound Journeys: December: Harmony

Hi, my name is Maia. I'd like to take you on a journey into a grounded state of peace and calm beneath the stresses and anxieties of your everyday life.

We will share a space created by sound; that primordial energy that has held you and connected you with everything since before your first breath.

The vibrations of ambient music, crystal singing bowls and ethereal vocals will support you in soothing your nervous system and quieting your mind. We will slow down and open up to the self-healing wisdom of our bodies, minds and souls.

You are warmly invited to create this space with me in the beautiful simplicity and comfort of The Wild Box in Bedminster. Sessions run monthly on Fridays.

Each session is inspired by the folklore and symbolism of a seasonal wild plant, inviting you into focused meditation on your experience of life, death and renewal. December's session is inspired by mistletoe - symbol of peace and harmony. You'll receive more info on this after booking.

Mats, blankets and eye masks are available at the venue, and there is free parking on the surrounding streets.
