� PRE-SEASON BOOTCAMP: JOIN THE RUCKUS! �This Thursday at 18:30, Snowdown RFC are kicking off pre-season fitness conditioning down at the rugby pitch on the Welfare Ground – and we want YOU to join us.
Whether you’re built like a prop, sprint like a winger, or just want to shift the pub weight before Christmas comes back round again… this is your chance.
It’s totally FREE.
It’s village friendly.
It’s going to hurt (in a good way).
Think old-school bootcamp vibes: tyres, sleds, sweat, banter – and no mirrors in sight.
All ages and fitness levels welcome. No egg-chasing experience required.
