Featuring: Rookie, Intermediate and RX once again!
This year we will be running cannonball/waterfall style, whatever you’d like to call it 😝 you will do all 3 workouts with max 5 min rest between workouts. We will run through each division with podium at the end of each division to get everyone in and out!
We are located at a new building and cannonball style will run more effectively with our setup! We have more parking, and a garage out back that everyone can camp in!
Last year we were a sell out event so DON’T WAIT to sign up🙌🏼
