Snow Tubing and Farm Lunch with ASGC!

Venture out of NYC with ASGC for a fun snow tubing trip! Lunch will be provided at a local farm.

Plan for the Day - Sunday, Jan 26

Leave 8:30 AM from The Forum at Columbia Univ

Drive to Campgaw Mountain. Snow tubing is 10 AM to 12 PM. Tube rentals are provided. Please dress warm!

Leave from Campgaw at 12:15 PM.

Lunch at Pennings Farm will be 1-3 PM. Lunch will be buffet style (pasta with Impossible Meatballs, garden salad, dinner rolls, and apple crisp). You can check out the farm market and get ice cream and baked goods! There is also an indoor beer garden (please bring a valid 21+ government ID).

Leave from Pennings at 3 PM, return to Columbia around 4 PM.

"ASGC Student Tickets" are available for purchase by GSAS Masters (M.A) and Ph.D. students in recognized constituent departments of ASGC ONLY. Attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per New York City mandate.

See Appendix I of the ASGC Constitution or this link for recognized departments.

If you are not a GSAS Masters or Ph.D. student your ticket order will be cancelled and you will NOT get a refund.

MASKS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Since this is an indoor venue with large crowds during peak flu and covid seasons, we recommend wearing N-95 or similar masks for your health and for those around you.

• What are my transportation options for getting to and from the event?
• The trip meets at The Forum, which is right outside the 125th St station on the 1 train. After that, transportation to snow tubing and lunch will be provided.
• Can I bring a guest?
• Up to two tickets are allowed per order, and only the purchaser must be a registered ASGC represented student. The price for guest tickets may be higher.
• The event is sold out. Will there be more tickets available?
• We release all tickets at once. If the event is sold out, there are no more tickets available at this time. You can add yourself to the waitlist. We will notify you via Eventbrite OR direct email in case of a cancellation.
• What's the refund policy?
• If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund, but refunds are not guaranteed, and fees may be subtracted.
