🪘We will be harnessing the energies of the full snow moon with intentions of deep internal reflection & resting in the stillness of winter.
🥣Sacred harmonic sound ignites and soothes the nervous system, including the brain to a deeply healing state. The embodied sound will hold an intention to access and regenerate every cell in the body to vibrate with these once potent power of consciousness/gifts through our lineage.
🪘The addition of rhythmic, rooted, light touch is powerful and can quickly create a somatic relaxation response throughout the entire body.
